3. Payments & Refund Policy

All services, sessions, and digital offerings are non-refundable. You are investing in a frequency field and a body of work that begins the moment you enter Gemma’s world - energetically and financially.

For 1:1 Sessions (e.g. Diamond Keys):

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

• Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be forfeited.

For Immersions & Long-Term Offers:

• Payment plans must be completed in full once initiated.

• Early exits from contracts are not permitted unless otherwise agreed.  In such cases, an exit fee may apply.

Gemma holds a high-frequency field of integrity, and each offer is a portal that requires full energetic presence. Your commitment matters.
